This policy explains how refunds are handled for ScanBeyond paid subscriptions.

2. Subscription Charges

ScanBeyond subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you choose at checkout.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review and correct the charge as appropriate.
  • If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
  • Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law or when approved at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, email scanbeyondai@gmail.com with:

  • The email address used for your account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider and card issuer.
